Why perform a BMHA?

Even for world class operations, performing an assessment at predetermined intervals for operating processes and functional culture is a prudent and effective practice.  These methods are the gateway for continual improvement and an operating alignment that fosters continual improvement, optimized resourcing, a step towards a lean working environment and, access to new business & growth.
